Order Confirmation

Shipping Notification

We ship all products using international registered air mail for free of charge. This method is recommended for enhanced security and requires a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable, a notice will be left with instructions for pickup from your local post office. Packages are typically held for 4 weeks before being returned to us.
PO Boxes & APO Addresses
Delivery to PO Boxes and APO addresses is supported where permitted by the shipping method. You can set your preferred shipping address in your account settings.

Lost Orders & Reshipments
We will reship or refund orders reported as lost within 8 weeks of the original shipment date. Requests made after 8 weeks cannot be accommodated. Reshipments are offered under the following conditions:

Please allow up to 30 days from the shipment date for delivery before contacting us. If the order remains undelivered with no tracking updates indicating a return or hold, please submit a request through our refund support system.
